EASEMENT

WHEREAS, the undersigned,
and __._____,Term]. Hansen ------------------ husband and wife, are the owners of the premises
hereinafter described situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, said premises are within what is known as "Joint Sewer District.No. 1, Edina" hereto-
fore created in said Village and with others, the undersigned are desirous of having said joint sewer
constructed and thereafter maintained for the service of their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to us
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, we, the undersigned, hereby give and grant
under the Village of Edina, a municipal corporationof the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota
a perpetual easement ten feet (10 ft.) in width and of the necessary depth for the construction, in-
stallation, operation, maintenance and repair of a sewer in, under, over and upon thb following describ-
ed premises, to -wit:
A strip of land 10 feet wide, 5 feet on each side o':C traight line
running from a pint on the South line of the Soutii 5 .01 feet of the
NE 1/4 of NE 1/p of NE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 2f'-?Range 24, which
is 521 feet Vest of the East line of said Section 19#., to a point on the
North line of said South 55.01 feet of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 which
is 510 feet West of the East line of said Section 19.
It is understood that the said sewer will be constructed and thereafter maintained as nearly as may
be in the location upon said premises established or to be established by the engineer in charge of the
construction of said sewer. p�®
