EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned, -- __- ___J!_ -L -_ -- U __
and ------ /V _ _ __ _ ____ , husband and wife, are the owners of the premises
hereinafter described situated in the Village of Edina, County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, said premises are within what is known as "Joint Sewer District No. 1, Edina" hereto-
fore created in said Village and with others, the undersigned are desirous of having said joint sewer
constructed and thereafter maintained for the service of their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to us
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, we, the undersigned, hereby give and grant
under the Village of Edina, a municipal corporationof the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota
a perpetual easement ten feet (10 ft.) in width and. of the necessary depth for the construction, in-
stallation, operation, maintenance and repair of a sewer in, under, over and upon the following describ-
ed premises, to -wit:
A strip of land 10 feet wide running across the rear of Lot 10, Block
1, Bruoewood Addition, said strip being 5 feet on each side of a straight
line drawn from a point on the South line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 18, Township 28, Range 24, which is 485 feet West of the
Southeast corner thereof to a point on the dividing line between Lots
10 and 11, Block 1, Brueewood Addition, which is distant 15 feet
Northeasterly along same from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 10.

be in the ca on on said premises established or to be established by the engineer in c arge of the
constr cti said ewer.
