Braasch in connection with their acquisition of 7200 Cornelia Drive, Edina, Minnesota. In connection with that acquisition, our examination of title revealed a temporary construction easement which was granted to the Village of Edina in 1957 over the following described property: The North 60 feet of the East 3/4 of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 28, Range 24 The instrument by which the aforesaid construction easement was granted to the Village of Edina provides that the easement shall cease and terminate upon completion of the sewer contract but no outside cut -off date is given. I discussed this easement with various members of the Engineering Department at the time of the acquisition and they indicated that the sewer had been installed and that the construction easement was no longer needed. Therefore, I enclose herewith for execution by the Village of Edina a quit claim deed releasing the property described therein from said construction easement.
