EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER

perpetuity for sanitary sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
a sanitary sewer system in and over the following described property situate in
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:

of the second part shall in the construction or maintenance of said sanitary
sewer replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection with such
construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation.

WHEREAS, two week's published and posted notice of ,,#. b#aring to be held
on December 5, 1966, at 7tOO p.1 ., on the piopsas0d �a4 ion of the san-
itary sewer easement hereinafter � describeA had' been'giv�n and made, and
a Bearing has been held thereon. by the Villetge doua'ill
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of
Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the fol.l6wing s#escribed easement
in Lest 14, Block 1, Otto's Third Add4ioa, as s �- on; ,recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Hinnosota, be and is, ereby Jcated effective
January 14, 1967, unless on or before said date this Resolution is
amended, annulled or rescinded by the Village Council:
The westerly 15 feet of the East 20 feet of the South
80 feet of Lot 14, Block 1, Otto's Third Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
