FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the Village of Edina limiting
the assessment for Sanitary Sewer No. 69 against the land herein-
after described to the maximum of 150 feet for a single tract
of land, JAMES DeKIEP and DOROTHY V. DeKIEP, husband and wife,
for themselves, their assigns, the survivor of said parties,
and the heirs and assigns of the survivor, DO HEREBY DECLARE
THAT
Lots 9 and 10, Block 7, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 8,
Mendelssohn, including any part or portion of
adjoining streets or alleys which are vacated or
may be vacated, is a single tract of land, and
that said tract will not be subdivided without
first securing the consent of said Village of Edina.
