Bank offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION VACATING STREETS
WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of the land abutting the streets,.herein-
after set forth have petitioned for the Vacation of said streets; and
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a hearing to `be
had on said petition on April 28, 1958, at 7:30 p.m., has been given and made,,
and a hearing has been had thereon by the Village Council:
i701N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Vill-
age o=
Edina, Hennepin County, 'Minnesota, that the following streets:
1. Mlildred Avenue from West 66th Street to a point One Hundred 1
Feet North of the North Right -of -way Line of W.65th Street.
2. West 65th Street from °Darren Avenue to Rolf Avenue.
3. Park Place from W. 58th Street to 1'J. 62nd Street. v
4. Brookviev, Avenue from 1 "J.59th Street to '.N.61st Street✓
5. 71.59th Street from Brookview Avenue to Park Place.✓
6. W.60th Street from Oaklawn Avenue to Park Place. ✓
7. W.61st Street from Brookview Avenue to Park Place.
all as platted and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hennepin
County, Minnesota, be, and are hereby vacated.
1,1otion for adoption of the Resolution was seconded by Tupa, and on Rollcall there
were four ayes and no nays, as follows: Bank, aye; Dickson, aye; Tupa, aye; and
Bredesen, aye; and the Resolution was adopted.
