THIS INSTRUi.,ENT, Bade this 2lst day of duly 19 60, by
and between Independent School District No. 274 Hennepin County,
Minnesota
a corporation under the laves of the Sato of 1innesota, party of the first
part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per-
petuity for public road purposes in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits
Beginning at a point on the North line of Sec. 31, T. 28, R. 24p said
point being seven hundred fifty -six feet (7561) East of the North 1/4
corner of said Sec. 31; thence South perpendicular to the North line
of Sec. 31 a distance of eighty feet (801) to a point of curve to the
left with a radius of two hundred twenty feet (2201) and a central angle
of 170000; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve to the left, a
distance of sixty five and thirty -two hundredths feet (65.32') to the
end of said curve; thence Southeasterly, tangent to the last described
curve a distance of one hundred thirty -eight and five tenths feet (138.51)
to a point of curve to the right with a radius of one hundred sixty -four
feet (1641) and a central angle of 170151; thence Southerly along the
arc of said curve to the right a distance of forty -nine and thirty -eight
hundredths feet (49.381) to the end of said curve to the right; thence
South tangent to the last described-:curve to the South line of Mavelle
Drive extended West; thence East to the West line of Cornelia Drive; thence
North along the West line of Cornelia Drive and its Northerly extension
to the North line of Sec. 31, T. 289 R. 24; thence West to the point of
beginning except roads.
