THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this 205h day of JiAy

1959, by and between Victor C. Hoffman and Theresa Hoffman, grantors, and
Village of Edina, a municipal corporation, grantee,
WITNESSETH: that said grantors in consideration of the sum of One and
no /100ths ($1.00) Dollars, and other valuable consideration to them in hand
paid by said grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge, hereby grant
to said grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for highway purposes
in, over, and upon the tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Hennepin and State of Minnesota described as follows to -wit:
The East 30 feet of the following described tract of land;
Commencing at a point in the west line of Section 29,
Township 28, Range 24, 3- 5 /10ths chains south of the NW
corner of said Section; then south 100 feet; thence east
400 feet; thence north 100 feet; thence west 400 feet to
beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID EASEMENT unto the said grantee, its successors
and assigns, forever.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands the day and the year first above written.
