WITNESSETHp That said grantors in consideration of the sum of 1 749

and other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by said grantee.. the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant to said grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for highway purposes \\in, over, and upon the
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota described as follows to -wit:
A strip of land 60 feet wide, being the extension Northwesterly of Samuel Road,
over and across, Outlot One, Ker -Mil Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as of
record in and for said County and State, described as follows, to wit: Beginning
at a point on the 'Nest line of said Outlot One 213.29 feet North of the Southwest
corner thereof, thence continuing North along said 'West line 67.29 feet, thence in
a Southeasterly direction 188.13 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 89 Block 39
Said Ker -Mil Heights, thence in a Southeasterly direction 63.39 feet along the
Easterly line of said Outlot One to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 71 Block 4,
said Ker -Mil Heights, thence West 35.04 feet along the extension of the South
Right -of -way line of Samuel Road, thence in a Northwesterly direction 172.25 feet
to the place of beginning.
The South 60 feet of the North 192 feet of Outlot One, Ker -Mil Heights, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as of record in and for said County and State.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID EASEMENT unto the said grantee, its
successors and assigns, forever.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands the day and the year first above written.
