WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a bearing to be
bad on November 14, 1960, at 7100 P.K., on the proposed Vacation of beard, Abbott
and Zenith Avenues between W.62nd Street and the South line of Town Realty's Edina
Terrace bas been given and roads, and a hearing has been had tbereon by the Village
Council,
1=9 THSIXFORR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Edinoi Hennepin County, Minnesota, that
ADDOTT, BEARD AND ZENITH AVENUES between the South line of W.62nd Street
and the South line of "Town Realtyts Edina Terrace", as the sass are
platted and of record in the office of the Register of Heeds of Hennepin
County,
be and hereby are vacated.
Adopted this 14th day of November, 1960.
