ing North from West 49 1/2 Street 126.15 feet in Village of Edina, County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, described as follows:
1. The East Ten (10) feet of the East Forty -Five (45) feet of the South One Hundred
Ten (110) feet of that part of said Lot Thirty -Six (36) above described.
P. The East Forty -Five (45) feet, except the South One Hundred Ten (110) feet thereof,
of that part of said Lot Thirty -Six (36) above described.
Under condition that the grantee herein, by the acceptance and use of said easement,
shall thereby be deemed to covenant to the grantors, their heirs, representatives and
assigns, that it will indemnify the grantors or their successors in interest for any
loss or damage resulting to any portion of the above described tract of land other than
the portion covered by this easement or to any building or structures on said tract of
land other than the portion covered by'this easement arising out of the use by grantee
of said easement; and the grantee, herein, further covenants that it shall, in the con-
struction, maintenance and repair of said storm sewer, replace the surface of the group(

We enclose herewith in the above- untitled matter the following:
(1) A certified copy of an easement from Arthur F. Bratrud and wife
to the Village of Edina which has been recorded in Book 2213 of
Deeds, page 280; and
(2) An original and one copy of a quit claim deed from the Village of
Miens to Mr. and Mrs. Bratrud releasing the easement referred to
in the instrument in no. (1) above.
After reviewing the enclosed easement, if you are satisfied
that the Village no longer needs the rights granted by this instru-
ment, we request that you arrange to have the quit claim deed executed
by the Mayor and the Clerk and forward to Mr. Eosmer A. Brown.
