by and between Leonard T. - Redburn and Betty Lee Redburn (formerly Betty Lae
Xixco4p husband and wife, of Hennepin County, Minnesota, parties of the first
part and the Village of Edina, `a municipal `corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in consider-

of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Bell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-

purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of laying, constructing,
maintaining, altering, repairing, and reconstructing such pipes and systems

the plat of "Normandale "; thence hest along said oenterline
to its intersection with the West line of said Lot 1, extended

lin(i of said Lot 1, five feet; thence gei.st parallel to and
five feet Southerly of the said centerine of West 63rd Street,
vacated, to the last line of said Lot 1, extended forth;
