RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
(PORTION OF STAUDER CIRCLE)
WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of the land abutting on that portion of
I Stauder Circle hereinafter described in this Resolution have petitioned for the .
Vacation of said street; and
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and postecV"notice of a- hgp.a -ing tq._be
ilau eel said petition on September 12, 1960, at 7:0,0'P.M., has been given and made,
and a hearing thereon has been had by the Village Counc-1:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of- Edina,
Hennepin County, Minnesota that:
"All that portion of Stauder Circle as laid out and platted
in 'Parkwood Knolls', according to the map or plat thereof
on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Easterly of the following
described line to wit: Conunencing at the Southwest corner
of Lot 6, Block 5, in said 'Parkwood Knolls', thence Easterly
along the Southerly line of said Lot 6, a distance of 106.44
feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be
described, thence Southeasterly along a tangential curve to
the right with a radius of 105 feet a distance of 130.14
feet to the Southerly line of said Stauder Circle and there
terminating"
shall be and hereby is vacated.
Adopted this 28th day of November, 1960.
