EASEMENT FOR STORAGE AND FLOWAGE OF WATER
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 26th day of April ,

corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party
of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in

paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and
