EASEMENT
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 10th day of July, 1963, by
and between J. E. BORAN CONTRACTOR & BUILDER, INC., a
corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the first part, and the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a
municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part;.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no /100ths Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in
perpetuity for purposes of constructing, maintaining,
altering, repairing and reconstructing sanitary sewer and
water pipes in and over the following described property
situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The West Ten (10) feet of Lot Nineteen (19),
Block Four (4), Chapel Hill
The East Ten (10) feet of Lot Twenty (20),
Block Four (4), Chapel Hill
It is agreed by and between the parties hereto that the
party of the second part shall in the construction, maintenance,
alteration, repair, and reconstruction of said utility systems
replace any trees; shrubs or sod removed by any'excavation in con-
nection with such construction, maintenance, alteration,
repair and reconstruction work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has caused
these presents to be executed in its corporate name by its
President and its Vice President and its corporate seal to
be hereunto affixed the day and year first above written.

Public within and for said County personally appeared
ROBERT J. BORAN and W. A. BORAN to me personally known,
who, being each by me duly sworn did say that they are
respectively the President and the Vice President of
J. E. BORAN CONTRACTOR & BUILDER, INC, the corporation
named in the foregoing instrument, and that the seal
affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said
corporation, and that said instrument was signed and
sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority of
its Board of Directors and said ROBERT J. BORAN and W.A.
BORAN acknowledged said instrument to be the free act
and deed of said corporation.
