G RESOLUTION VACATING ALLEY
NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 139 WEST MINNEAPOLIS
HEIGHTS ADDITION, LYING BETWEEN MONROE AND JACKSON
AVENUES AND BETWEEN BELMORE LANE AND MALONEY AVENUE
WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of the land abutting on the North -South
Alley lying in Block 13, West Minneapolis Heights Addition and between Monroe and
Jackson Avenues and between Beimore Lane and Maloney Avenue, have petitioned for
the Vacation of said alley; and
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a hearing on said
petition to be hand on October 21, 19639 at 7 :00 P.M., has been.given and wade,
and a hearing thereon has.been had by the Village Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota that:
"All of that North -South Alley lying in Block Thirteen (13),
West Minneapolis Heights Addition and lying= between Monroe and
Jackson Avenues'and between Belamore Lane and Maloney Avenue, as
the same is recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Hennepin County, Minnesota, shall be and hereby is Vacated."
Adopted this 21st day of October, 1963.

RESOLUTION VACATING STREET
WATERMAN AVENUE BETWEEN
BLAKE ROAD AND ARTHUR STREET
WHEREAS, two weeks' published notice and posted notice of a hearing to
be had on July 22, 1963 at 7:00 P.M., on the proposed Vacation of that portion
of Waterman Avenue hereinafteridescribed has been given and made, and a
hearing has been had thereon by the Village Councils
NOW, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that that portion of WATERMAN AVENUE LYING
BETWEEN THE WEST LINE OF BLAKE ROAD AND THE EAST LINE OF ARTHUR STREET, all
as platted and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Hennepin County, Minnesota,, be and hereby is Vacated.
Adopted this 22nd day of July, 1963.
