and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Fr'ina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the sail party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and recon-
structing a storm sewer system in, under9 and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:

This instrument is exempt from state deed tax.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection with such con-
struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before,,such excavation,

THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 7th day of October , 1964 , by
and between Willis L. Walling and Bonney Scott Walling' husband and wife
of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Pargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and recon-
structing a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
A ten (10) foot easement the center line of which is described as
follows.
Beginning at a point in the west line of Lot 1, Block 1, Walling's
Addition, which point is one hundred twenty -two and thirteen hundredths
(122.13) feet south of the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
northeasterly at an angle of 80046153" turned from the west line of
said Lot 1, a distance of one hundred.thirtyseven and fifty - eight
hundredths (137.58) feet; thence easterly at a deflection angle of
19025'57" to the right, a distance of two hundred seventy -two (272)
feet; thence northerly at a deflection angle of 90000100" to the
left to the north line of said Lot 1.
Also a ten (10) foot wide easement lying between the north line of
Herilane and the above described easement, the center line of which is
parallel to and eighteen (18) feet east of the west line of said Lot 1.
This instrument is exempt from state deed tax.
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection with such con-
struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation.
