THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 9th day of Februazv , 1965 , by
and between C. J. Danens and Marion G. Danens, husband and wife
, of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no /100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement
in perpetuity for utility purposes, including the right to enter for the
purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing
utility systems in and over the following described property situate in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
A strip of land, sixty (60) feet in width, the center line of which
is described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the South line of
Amundson's Terrace and the center line of Amundson Avenue as
dedicated in the plat of Amundson's Terrace; thence South along
the Southerly prolongation of said center line a distance of
one hundred seventy and eight hundredths (170.08) feet; thence
deflecting to the right on a curve having a radius of eighty (80)
feet (delta angle 890 56' 30 ") for one hundred twenty-five and
fifty -eight hundredths (125.58) feet; thence running Westerly,
tangent to said curve, a distance of two hundred fifty -one (251)
feet more or less to a point on the East line of Cahill Road.
Also a strip of land, twenty -five (25) feet in width, lying
East of and abutting the East line of Cahill Road and lying
between the above described easement and the South line of
the Northeast one quarter of the Northeast one- quarter of
Section 8, Township 116, Range 21.

EPUTY
It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the
party of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said
utilities replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection
with such construction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the
same condition as before such excavation.
This instrument is exeapt from State Deed Tax.
