EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 14th day of *10Y 1 1964 , by

and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter
for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing and recon-
structing a storm sewer system in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits

It is the intention and agreement of the Parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection with such con-
struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto

and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,

bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter

A ten foot (101) wide easement in Lot 6, Block 1, Neadowbrook Oaks
Addition described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 1, X"dowbrook Oaks
Addition; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 6 a distance
of ten feet (101); thence easterly, parallel to and ten feet (101)
northerly of the south line of said Lot 6, a distance of eighty -six
and twenty -five hundredths feet (86.251); thence southeasterly, at
a deflection angle of 340 300 to the right, a distance of seventeen
and sixty -six hundredths feet (17.661) to a point in the south line
of said Lot 60 which point is one hundred and eighty hundredths feet
(100.001) easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence
masterly along the south line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning.
