WHEREAS, two week's published notice and mailed notice of a hearing to
be held on February 1, 1965, at 7 WO P.R., on the proposed vacation of the street
hereinafter described has been given and made, and a hearing has bean held thereon
by the Village CouGncila
NOW* 'THEREFORE, be it resolvesd by the Village Council of the Village Of
Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that that portion of Circle West beginning at
the most Westerly corner of %t 1, Block 4, Hi liialet thence Northerly to the
Southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Meadowbrook Oaks; thence Easterly along the
South line of said Lot 6, a distance of 65.96 feet* thence Southwesterly y to a
distance of 120.6 fe t to the point of beginning, all as platted and of record
in the office of the Register of Dead& in and for Hennepin County, Knnesota, be
and is hereby vacated* effective March 3, 19650 unless on or before said date
this Resolution is am nded, annulled or rescinded by the Village Council*
