Beginning at a point 180 feet South of the Northeast Corner and on the east line
of, Grand View Park Cemetery as of record, thence south 461 feet to the Southeast
corner of said Grand View Park Cemetery, thence West along the South line of said
cemetery 330 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southeast one quarter of the Southeast
one quarter of the Northwest One Quarter of Section 30 T 117 R 21 W, thence South along
the West line of said Southeast one Quarter of the Southeast one quarter a distance of
200 feet, thence East and parallel to the North line of said Southeast one quarter of
the Southeast one quarter 330 feet more or less to the East line of Grand View Park
Cemetery, extended South 200 feet from the Southeast corner thereof, thence North 24a
13' 40" East 219,31 feet to a point 90 feet East of the East line of said cemetery,
thence North and parallel to the said east line of the cemetery 370 feet, thence North
45e West 127,28 feet to place of beginning, containing in all 2 and 59/100 acres, more
or less. The above described parcels of land being parts of Block one, and Block 16
and the North 200 feet of Block 15, in Mealey'a Grand View Revised, now vacated.
