The undersigned, being; owners of the properties described opposite the respeotive names, which properties abut upon 45th Street as extended when opened up and laid out,do herobp re- spectfully petition that 45th Street be opened up as and for a public road and highway for a distance of approximately one hundred (100) feet, such extension being opposite tho . properties herein described, and do hereby further petition that such roadway when opened up be graded according to the grade established by the Village, and that the cost thereof be assessed against said properties based upon the number of feet of such property abutting upon said street, and that such assessments be made payable in five equal annual installments. The undersigned hereby waive any and all notices or formalities whatsoever in connection with said grading, hereby confirming and ratifying the acts of the Council which have been done or shall be done in respect thereto.
