Anderson and Merle 0. Anderson and the Village of Morningside; also the agreement dated May 27, 1942, with Village of Morningside and The Minneapolis and St. Paul Suburban Railroad Company for drainage pipe from France Avenue and 44th Street. It is our understanding that the above two agreements with the original signatures on them are required in order that you can have them recorded.
