RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN LAND,
WHEREAS, _a petition praying for the vacation of that
portion of West Avenue which is 1-ooated in the village of Morn.
ings de and which is located betwech Leary Street on the North
and Littel Street on the South *' -&6 the same is now laid out in
r the village of Morningsids, Hennepin County, Minnesota and as the
same is shown on the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for said county and state,
properly signed by a majority of the owners of land abutting on
said land to be vacated, has been duly filed with this Counoil,and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said petition published and posted notice
of a hearing thereon to be had at ?s2 o'clock in the evening of March
S, 1838 was duly given, and

WHEREAS, a hearing on said.petition at said time and place
specified in said notice was duly held and it appearing at said

hearing that it is for the best interests of the public to vacate
that part of West Avenue referred to in said petition above
described, NOW THEREFORE,
RESOLVED, that that portion of West Avenue which is located in
the Village of Morningside and which is located between Leary
Street on the North and Littel Street on the South, as the sate
Is now laid out in the Village of Morningside, Hennepin county,
Minnesota dnd as the same is shown on the plat thereof on file acrd
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said
County and State, be, and the same hereby is, vacated:'
