EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this _day of 1966, by

part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal sforporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per-
petuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose
of constructing, maintaining, altering, repairing, and reconstructing a storm
sewer system in, under, and over the following described property situate in
the County of Hennepin and State •f�Minnesota, to -wit:
The North ten feet (101) of the East one hundred six and eighty -
eight hundredths feet (106.88') of Lot 2, Block 1, Bings 1st
Addition. Together with a fifteen foot (15') strip of land the
center line of which is described as follows; commencing at a
point on the North line of said Lot 2, a distance of ninety -six
and eighty -eight hundredths feet (96.88') West of the Northeast
corner thereof; thence Southwesterly at an angle of 570 00' from
the North line of said Lot 2 a distance of forty -seven feet (47')
and there terminating.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax
It is the intention and agreement of the parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer

struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation} and in addition, to pay for any physical damages or injury

construction, maintaining, altering, repairing and reconstructing said storm sewer
system.
