SCOTT HUGH It BARBER CABLE ADDRESS: DOROW Charles H. Bronson and Georgie M. Bronson, husband and wife, granted an easement for utility and drainage purposes over their property described as Lot 1, Block 1, Payton's Addition to the Village of Edina. When trying to file the instrument, it was determined that their Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title was taken out of the courthouse by them on June 1, 1965. The Bronsons have not answered our letters requesting their Owner's Duplicate nor have we been able to reach them by telephone. I have, therefore, prepared a Notice of Adverse Claim to be executed by the Village which we will use to file the easement. I enclose an original and two copies of said Notice. Will you please see to its execution by Mr. Hyde and Mrs. Hallberg, affix the Village seal and return to me all copies. I will then see to its filing and will return to the Village a copy of the Notice and easement with the filing data thereon.
