THIS INSTRIP.,1ENT, ;.Made this 27th day of December 19 66, by
and between Edina Building, Inc.
a corporation under the lases of the Sa'ce of 171innesota, party of the first
part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00)9 to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per -
and utility
petuity for public road purposes /in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wits
Lot 3, Block 1, Grandview Heights
In the event said property is not used for road purposes prior to January 1,
1971 providing an access or connecting road from State Highway No. 100 (or
service road thereto) to Arcadia Avenue, this easement shall terminate and
be null and void from and after said date of January 1, 1971.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax.
