RBSOXXTION VACATING ROAWAX EASEMENT IN

WHEREAS, two week's published, posted and welled notice of a Rearing
to be held on April 3, 1967, at 700 P.M., on the proposed vacation of
the roadway easement hereinafter described has been given and made, and
a Rearing has bean held thereon by the Village Council;
NOW, THEREBORS, be it resolved by the, Village Council of the village
of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following described ease-
meat in Pioneer Oaks Addition, as shown on recorded plat thoraof, Henn*-
pin County, Minnesota, be and is hereby vacated effective May 15, 19679.
unless on or before said data this Resolution is amended, annulled or
rescinded by the Village Council
The West 20 fast of Lot 6, Block 1, Pioneer Oaks; and
the East 20 feet of Lot 7* Block 20 Pioneer Oaks.
