NOTE: This lot drains into a trapped low area extending into Edina. The area of this trapped low area up to the S 6 contour line is 0.92 acres. The area tributary to this low area is 9.09 acres. The runoff from a 100 year event can be stored below the 876 contour. We understand that Edina has plans to fill the low area and the Edina engineering department suggests that St.Louis Park write a letter requesting that they do not fill this area because the area is needed for storm water storage.
