THIS MUM=* Made this 3rd day of October, 1967, by and
between Calvin J. Danes* aye► C. J. Danems riot Marion G. Danens, husband
and wife, of the County of Hennepin and State at Minnesota, parties at
the first part, and the Village of Edina, a amicipal corporation arganised
under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
