. RESOLUTION VACATING STORM WATER EASEMENT IN
REPLAT OF PART OF BROADMORE ADDITION
WHEREAS, two week's published, posted and mailed notice of a Hearing
to be held on April 17, 1967, at 7:00 P.M., on the proposed vacation of the
storm water easement hereinafter described has been given and made, and a
Hearing has been held thereon by the Village Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Vil-
lage of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following described
easement in Replat of Part of Broadmore Addition, as shown on recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, be and is hereby vacated effective May
18, 1967, unless on or before said date this Resolution is amended, annulled
or rescinded by the Village Council:
The North 5 feet of the South 45 feet of Lot 1, Block 1,
Broadmore Addition, 2nd Replat; the North 5 feet of the
South 45 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Broadmore Addition, 2nd
Replat; the North 5 feet of the South 45 feet of Lot 3,
Block 1, Broadmore Addition, 2nd Replat; the North 5 feet
of the South 45 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Broadmore Addition,
2nd Replat; the North 5 feet of the South 45 feet of the
East 71 feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Broadmore Addition, 2nd
Replat together with the following described easement;
commencing at a point on the North line of said Lot 5,
said point being 5 feet East of the NW corner of said
Lot 5, thence East along the North line of said Lot 5,
a distance of 14 feet; thence South 19 feet East of and
parallel to the West line of said Lot 5, a distance of
45 feet; thence East, 45 feet South of and parallel to
the North line of bald Lot 5, a distance of 40 feet; thence
South, 59 feet East of and parallel to the West line of said
Lot 5, a distance of 70 feet; thence West, 115 feet South
of and parallel to the North line of said Lot 5, a distance
of 54 feet; thence North to point of beginning.

duly adopted by the Village of Edina Council at its Regular Meeting held Mon-
day, April 17, 1967, and as recorded in the minutes of said Regular Meeting
and that said vacation has not been annulled, rescinded or amended.
