of Lot 41 to the Southwesterly line of Bywood West as laid out in Rolling Green,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of
Bywood West, a distance of Sixteen (16) feet; thence Southwesterly and at right angles
