purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing such

and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, do Grant to
said party of the second part a Temporary Easement for slope or embankment
purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose of constructing such
slope or embankment in and over the following described property situate in
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
That part of Lot 10, Block 1, Valley Vista Addition lying
Westerly of the following described line;
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; thence
Southeasterly to a point of curve on the South line of said
Lot 10, which point is ninety -nine and eighty -four hundredths
feet (99.84') West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 10.
This instrument is exempt from state deed tax.
Said Temporary Easement for slope or embankment purposes shall
cease and terminate on 31St day of December 19 68
