RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF
SHERWOOD AVENUE
WHEREAS, two weeks' published, posted and mailed notice of a hearing
to be held October 28, 1968, has been given and made and a hearing
has been held thereon by the Village Council:
927 -8861
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village
of Edina, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the following described
portion of Sherwood Avenue, all as platted and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, be and
is hereby vacated effective December 17, 1968, unless on or before
said date this resolution is amended, annulled or rescinded by the Vil-
lage Council:
That portion of Sherwood Avenue lying north of the
north line of W. 64th Street and south of the south
line of the Crosstown Highway.
