EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 18th day of September , 1968 , by
and between

of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Schey's Park View Third Addition,
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot l; thence East
along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 40.08 feet;
thence Southeasterly deflecting to the right 660 52' 33" a
distance of 24.92 feet; thence Southeasterly along a tangential
curve to the left, having a radius of 431.66 feet to the most
Southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence Northwesterly to the
point of beginning.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax

tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
