EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 7th day of April, 1969, by
and between Myrtle G. Luzaich, widow , of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, party- of the first part, and the Village
of Edina, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part,
in consideration of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey, and
Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in perpetuity
for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit:
That part of Lot 3, Block 17, Normandale Addition lying within
a circle with a forty -five foot (451) radius and with a center
point located at the intersection of the centerline of Ryan Avenue
and of the Easterly extension of the North line of said Lot 3.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax.
