THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 6th day of August , 1969 , by
and between Wayne R. Petersen and Frances R. Petersen,
husband and wife
,of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
A permanent street easements co=aoncinq at the southwest corner of
Lot 7, Block 2, Codes Righwriew Park Additiont tho nce Rasterly along
the Southerly lot line a distance of five Feet (S0)e theme North-
westerly to a Point on the west lot line a distance of five feet (S0)
Northrerly of Southwest corner of said Let 71 thence Southerly to
Point of beginning.
A temporary construction easements The South six feet (6 0) of the
Bast one hundred twenty feet (120 0) and that part of said Lot 7
lying South of a line from a paint six foot (61) north of the South
line sad one hundred twenty feet (120 0) Mast of the Best line to a
point on the West line of said Lot 7 said point being ten feet (100 )
Northerly of the Soutbwoot corner of said Lot 7. Said teeporary
constru,ctioA *&** neat shall terminate on December 31, 1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax.
