EASEMENT FC}R PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 22nd day of August , 1969 , by
and between Henning B. Jensen and Aase P. Jensen,
husband and wife of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit-.
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the East one hundred twenty
feet (120') of Lot 1, Block 4, Codes Highview Park; thence Westerly
along the North line of said lot a distance of five feet (51); thence
Southeasterly to a point on the East line of said Lot 1, said point
being five feet (5') Southerly of the Northeast corner of said lot;
thence Northerly to point of beginning.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
