EASEMENT FC}R PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this lst day of August_, 19 69, by
and between - kj- B. Dean and Zsig D. D!gaja. husband and wife
,of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
A permanent easement for snow storage: The South three
feet (3') of Lot 2, Block 1, of Replat of Lot 6 and
the South 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 1, Codes Highview Park.
A temporary construction easement: The South seven feet
W) of the East fifty -five feet (55' ) and the South
twenty feet (201) of the West twenty -eight and eighty -six
hundredths feet (28.86') of said Lot 2. Said temporary
easement shall terminate on December 31, 1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
