EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 28th day of July , 19 69, by
and between John G. Lind and Isabelle Lind, husband and wife
of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporat9_on organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second parts
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
A permanent easement for snow storages The Borth three
feet (31) of Lot 2, Block 1, Codes Highview Park
Hawthorne Replat.
A temporary construction easements The North ten feet
(104) of the above described Lot 2. Said temporary
easement shall terminate on December 31, 1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
