THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 17thday of June , 19,a, by
and between Antonio, Inca a Minnesota corporation
,of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporaton organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second party
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit.
That part of Lot 2, Block 18, Normandale Addition lying within
a circle with a forty -five foot (45') radius and with a center
point located at the intersection of the centerline of Ryan
Avenue and of the Westerly extension of the South line of
said Lot 2
This instrument is exempt from State deed tax.
