EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 9th day of July_, 19 69, by
and between Gene W. Knowlton and LaVae A. Knowlton, husband
and wife of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to-wit:
A permanent easement for street purposes. That part of Lot 2,
Block 17, Normandale Addition lying within a circle with a 352'
radius and with a center point located at the intersection of
the centerline of Ryan Avenue and the Easterly extension of the
South line of said Lot 2.
A permanent easement for snow storage. That part of Lot 2, Block
17, Normandale Addition lying between the semi arcs of 2 circles
with radii of 352' and 45.0' respectively as measured from the
center point of the circles. The center point is located at the
intersection of the centerline of Ryan Avenue and the Easterly
extension of the South line of said Lot 2.
A temporary construction easement. That part of Lot 2, Block 17,
Normandale Addition lying within a circle with a 40' radius and
with a center point located at the intersection of the centerline
of Ryan Avenue and the Easterly extension of the South line of
said Lot 2. Said temporary easement shall terminate on December 31,
1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

with radii of 35h' and 45.01 respectively as measured from the
center point of the circles. The center .point is located at the
intersection of the centerline of cyan Avenue and the 14tsterly
extension of the Swath line of said Loot 2.
A temporary construction easement, That part of Lot 2, aleck 170
Normandale Addition lying within a circle with a 40' radius and
with a center point located at the intersection of the centerline
of Ryan Avenue and the Easterly extension of the South lime of
said Legit 2. Said temporary easement shall terminate on December 31,
1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tar.

1. That he is a senior draftsman employed by the village of Edina,
County of Hennepin, State of kfinnesota,
Z. That he has examined the plats and records of the said Village of
Edina in reference to Lot 2, Block 17, Nommdale Addition.

Parcels, the fast one -half and the *St one-half of
said lot.
4. That nn July 9, 1.969 the Village of Edina obtained frm Gene W.
Knowlton and LaVae A. Knowlton, husband and wife, an easement for
street Purposes and your affian,t hereby states that the said ease-
mgt in no way effects the nest one -half of the said lot.
