EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this and day of August , 19 69, by
and between Floyd D. Hanson , single
,of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit:
A permanent easement for street purposes described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Block 1,
Codes Highview Park except streets thence Easterly along
the North line of said Lot a distance of ten feet (10')=
thence Southwesterly to a point on the West line of said
Lot, said point being ten feet (1011) Southerly of the
Northwest corner of said Lot 18 except streets thence
Northerly to point of beginning.
A permanent easement for snow storage: The North three
feet (3') of the West one hundred fifty-seven and seventy -
four hundredths feet (157.741) of Lot 18, Block 1, Codes
Highview Park except street.
A temporary construction easement: The North five feet
(56) of the Easterly one hundred fifteen feet (1151) of
the West one hundred fifty -seven and seventy -four
hundredths feet (157.74') of said Lot 18 except street
and the want twelve feet (12') of said Lot 18. Said
temporary construction easement shall terminate on
December 31, 1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
IN WITNESS WHERFM , The said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
