EASEMENT FC}R PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 26th day of July , 19 699 by
and between John E. Sampsell, Sr. and Betty J. Sampsell
husband and wife of the County of Hennepin
and State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and the Village of Edina,
a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and no/100 Dollars ($1.00), to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do Grant,
Bargain, Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Ease-
ment in perpetuity for public road purposes, in, under, and over the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota,
to -wit
A permanent easement for placement of a fire hydrant:
The South five feet (5') of the West ten feet (10') of
Lot 3, Block 1, of Replat of Lot 6 and the South 1/2
of Lot 5, Block 1, Codes Highview Park and adjoining
vacated street. "
A permanent easement for snow storage: The South three
feet (31) of Lot 3, Block 1, of Replat of Lot 6 and the
South 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 1, Codes Highview Park and
adjoining vacated street.
A temporary construction easement: The South fifteen
feet (150) of the East twenty feet (20') and the South
five feet (51) of the West ninety —three and eighty —six
hundredths feet (93.86') of said Lot 3 and vacated street.
Said temporary easement shall terminate on December 3,
1969.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
