City to Host Real Estate Education Forum
Edina, Minn., May 6, 2014 – Together with the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR), the
City of Edina will host a Real Estate Education Forum for real estate agents 8:30 a.m. to noon Monday, May
12.
Registration, networking and a light breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. The program will begin at 9 a.m.
The morning program will offer highlights from various City, school district and hospital staff. Topics to be
covered include parks and recreation, health care, public safety and economic development. Speakers include
City Manager Scott Neal, Edina Public Schools Superintendent Ric Dressen, Police Chief Dave Nelson and
Economic Development Manager Bill Neuendorf.
Real estate agents who complete the program at the Hughes Pavilion at Centennial Lakes Park, 7499 France
Ave. S., will receive three continuing education credits. Cost is $45. To register, contact MAAR at
