R E L E A S E
WHEREAS, by Agreement ( "Agreement ") dated November 5, 1959
and filed February 14, 1961, as Document No. 650365 in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Ibnnepin County, Minnesota, between the Village of
Edina ( "Village ") and The Estow Corporation ( "Developer "), certain arrange-
ments were made for payment of improvements to property in the plat of
LAKE EDINA SECOND ADDITION on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has now been fully performed and the
Village, for whose benefit said Agreement was made, desires to release all
liabilities and charges imposed by said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, For and in consideration of the performance of
said Agreement, the Village does hereby release and discharge all lots in
said plat of LAKE EDINA SECOND ADDITION, which were subject to the terms
and provisions of said Agreement, from any liability and charge imposed
pursuant to said Agreement. The Village does further discharge and release
Developer from any and all liabilities and obligations imposed upon it under
and pursuant to said Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Village of Edina has caused this instrument
to be duly executed this /Alay of June, 1968.

within and for said County personally appeared ARTHUR C. BREDESEN,Jr.
and FLORENCE B. HALLBERG, to me personally known, being each by me duly
sworn, did say that they are respectively the Mayor and Clerk of the
Village of Edina, the municipal corporation named in the foregoing instru-
ment, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal
of said corporation, and that said instrument was signed and sealed in
behalf of said corporation by authority of its Village Council, and said
ARTHUR C. BREDESEN, JR. and FLORENCE B. HALLBERG, acknowledge said instru-
ment to be the free act and deed of said municipal corporation.
