NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the Village of Edina rezoning the above described property and in further consideration of other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by said Declarant, said Declarant does hereby impose the following covenants and restrictions: 1.
