This easement is given IV the grantor hereof insofar as the
structures herein before describes affect or my affect the lands owned
by said grantor situated in Henneni.n County, State of Minnesota., more
specifically described as follows, to wit:

The grantor herein hereby certifies that the lands herein
described are free and clear of all encumbrances except;
