EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER
THIS INSTRUMENT, Made this 10 day of Apru 1970 , by

a corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the first
part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal sorporation crganized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no/10O (1.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid ky the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Imes Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per-
petuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose
of constructing, maIntaining, altering, repairing, and reconstructing a storm
sewer system in, under, and over the following described property situate in
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:

It is the intention and agreement of the parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
replace any shrubs or sod removed by any excavation in connection with such con-
struction or maintenance work, in as nearly as possible the same condition as
before such excavation.

part, and the Village of Edina, a municipal sorporation crganized under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of One and no/100 (1.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, rimes Grant, Bargain,
Sell, Convey, and Warrant to said party of the second part an Easement in per-
petuity for storm sewer purposes, including the right to enter for the purpose
of constructing, wai.ntaini.ng, altering, repairing, and reconstructing a storm
sewer system in, under, and ever the following described property situate in
the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The South ten (10) feet of the North thirteen and five -
tenths (13.5) feet of,that part of the Northeast Quarter
/ (NE 1/4) of Section 30, Township 28 North, Range 24 West
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter;.
thence East 100 feet measured along the North line of said
Northeast Quarter; thence South and parallel with the West
line of said Northeast Quarter 40 feet; thence West and
parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter
100 feet; thence North on the West line of said Northeast
Quarter 40 feet to the beginning, except the West 30 feet
thereof for road purposes, according to the United States
Government Survey thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
This instrument is exempt from the State Deed Tax
It is the intention and agreement of the ;parties hereto that the party
of the second part shall in the construction, or maintenance of said storm sewer
