EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
THIS INSTRUMENT, made this _ /L�" day of June, 1970, by and
between ROBERT E. CLARK and DONNA MAE CLARK, husband and wife, of the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, parties of the first part, and
the VILLAGE OF EDINA, a municipal corporation organized under the laws
of the State of Minnesota, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in considera-
tion of One and 00 /100 Dollars ($1.00), to it in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
Grant, Bargain, Sell, Convey and Warrant to said party of the second part
an Easement in perpetuity for public road purposes in, under, and over
the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin and
State of Minnesota, to -wit:
The South 40 feet of the Southwest Quarter of Southwest
Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter, Section
32; Township 28, Range 24, according to the United States
Government Survey thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
This instrument is exempt from State Deed Tax.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands the day and year first above written.
